SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the time of placing the order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If for any reason you can’t find this, check your spam mail. If you cannot locate your tracking, please contact our customer support team: hello@chaletclub.com.au

RETURNS

We hope you love your Chalet Club purchase, but understand sometimes things don't go to plan. We do our best to make returns as easy as possible to accommodate for exchanging items for a better fit or returning an item you are not 100% happy with.

 

FULL PRICED ITEMS:

Exchange:
If you love the look but you've got the wrong size/colour, please request to “Exchange Item" in your returns request. We can then provide you a replacement item (less shipping). Once your return is received and processed, we will ship out your preferred item(s) and issue a new tracking number.

Refund:
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, therefore if you are eligible for a refund (less shipping costs) and once your return has been processed and reviewed, we will refund your order and forward a confirmation email once complete.
All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.

REQUESTING A RETURN:

*All returns need to be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Please ensure your order is eligible for a return as per our returns terms above and complete the following steps within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Contact us by email at hello@chaletclub.com.au and be sure to include
    • Order number
    • Contact details
    • Reason for return and each item you wish to return
  • Standby for a confirmation email
    Once we receive your email request, we will verify and reply to your request by email to let you know where to post back your items.
    (please do not attempt to post items back to us without confirmation of your return).
  • Post your items back to us 
    Your confirmation email will include the postal address for you to arrange to post items back to us.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS:

  • Items must not have make-up, tan stains or pet hair from wear or try-on
  • Items must have all tags attached & untouched
  • Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging. 
  • Return parcels must have reference to order name or order number to allow us to identify the order.
  • Chalet Club reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
  • Once we receive your items we will be in touch to advise once your return is complete.


**Important to note

  • All returns need to be requested within 14 days of receiving your order 
  • All shipping costs associated with the return of an order are payable by the customer.
  • Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the items back to our warehouse.
